Techniques of hypnoanalysis, hypnodiagnosis, deep relaxation, psychological resourcing, working with pain, past and future.
  • October 2021 - February 2022: Advanced training at the Institute of Perinatal and Reproductive Psychology. Acquired in-depth knowledge in the field of perinatal and reproductive psychology:
  • - psychology and psychophysiology of the reproductive sphere;
  • - ontogenesis of the reproductive sphere;
  • - psychophysiology of the menstrual cycle;
  • - psychophysiology of pregnancy and childbirth.
  • She also acquired diagnostic tools in this field.
  • April-May 2022: "Working with PTSD in wartime conditions: from pain to recovery" course. A theoretical and practical course that gave me an understanding of wartime psychology, collective trauma, and the specifics of working with people who are under constant stress. How to find support when the world is so unstable, how to heal and be a support for yourself and your children. She acquired techniques for preventing PTSD, stabilizing the internal state, reducing emotional and physical tension, establishing communication, processing and transforming traumatic experiences.
  • October 2022 Course "Children and War: Teaching Healing Techniques" - acquired tools for working with children during war.
  • I constantly participate in scientific and practical conferences, have scientific publications in professional publications.
