What is oxygen concentrator? 

It is device which collect oxygen from air within special molecular strainer.
The air we breathe with, has only 21% of oxygen in it contain.

        Scheme of getting oxygen for Clients

• Air in client’s room (apartment) passes through concentrator, which hold molecules of nitrogen and skip oxygen to client for breathing.
• Client breathes with oxygen via face mask or special nose cannula.
• Concentrator produce from 5 to 10 liters of pure oxygen (95-97%) per 1 minute.
• Oxygen concentrators helps with treatment of COVID-19 during all stages of disease to increase oxygen level in blood (saturation level). In case when saturation level in blood begin to be lower than 80% immediately hospitalization should be done.

Oxygen therapy programs:

• Program Basic.
  The duration of treatment is 5 days.
  Indications:
  - relatively stable saturation 94-95%,
  - complaints on feeling lack of oxygen and panic,
  - the level of lung damage up to 15%.
• Program Medium (for clients under 40).
• Duration of treatment is 7 days, if necessary can be extended.
  Indications:
  - saturation is not stable (initial level from 93% to 92%),
  - worried about the feeling of lack of oxygen,
  - age 30-40 years,
  - the level of lung damage from 20% - 35%,
  - is at risk.
• Program Medium (for clients 40+). 
  Duration of treatment is 10 days.
  Indications:
  - saturation is not stable (initial level from 93% and below),
  - worried about the feeling of lack of oxygen,
  - age from 40 years,
  - the level of lung damage from 35%,
  - is at risk.
