Gout

Gout is a very unpleasant and annoying disease that significantly assesses the quality of life. The genesis of gout is an increased level of uric acid in the blood, the spread of its crystals in the joints, that lead to gout arthritis. 

The first attack of gout is usually manifested by severe sharp pain and joint swelling in big toe. Subsequent attacks may extend to other joints (most common knees and joint of the hands).
